Shipping is provided at a fee per-order rate. For ground shipping the cost starts at $4.95 per order regardless of the number of items, and depends on the weight and bulk of the total order! You will only pay the actual shipping rate charged to us. Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available. Free regular shipping for orders over $100, except on cages and tree stands!

Order Tracking is available online. Enter your order number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.

Overnight shipping is available at actual cost for all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Most overnight orders will ship via FEDEX. There is no weekend delivery, so orders shipped Friday overnight will arrive Monday. There are size limits for overnight orders. Generally, the maximum size is roughly 3-6 bottles or average sized items. If you have selected overnight shipping and your order is too large, your order will be shipped Priority instead and the overnight fee will not be charged. The cut off time for these orders to be shipped on the same day they are placed is 2:00 PM PDT/PST. Any order placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available. If this is the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be credited to you before shipping. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Check/Money Order, or PayPal. Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to Parrotique and mailed prior to shipment (our mailing address is on the Info page).

Returns may be made within 1 week of purchase. Any newly packaged, unopened product may be returned. A refund or exchange will be given upon return of items. Please call us to obtain return authorization before returning any product. We recommend sending returns to us in a secure box and by UPS or insured receipt for your protection. No returns can be made on items that show signs of contact with animals.

Cancelled orders: Our system processes card information when the order is placed. A cancellation request for an order can be made if it has not shipped. If the request is made after the order was shipped, the return procedures will need to be followed upon receipt of the merchandise by the customer. We generally ship orders within 24 hours after they are placed. Once the merchandise is returned to our company, we will issue a refund.
